     Jennifer Logan, Teacher – 2B

Jennifer Logan I am excited to be a member of the HLA family. My passion for education was inherited from my father who taught high school math and science for 30 years, and coached football. I earned my teaching credential at California State University, Sacramento and taught for 7 years in the San Juan School District in the Citrus Heights/Carmichael area. With three children of my own, I took a break from teaching to raise them. After becoming a single mom and working in the corporate environment, my love for children and desire to return to my first passion – teaching - brought me to HLA. I post a quote where I can see it every day: “What is taught to
our children will later define our culture.” Let us teach them
                                            well.
