Higher Learning Academy accepts enrollment applications year round. Please use the links below to apply. Contact the school site for specific grade level availability. Once you've applied, the school will contact you with more details.   

 

Thank you for your interest in Higher Learning Academy Charter School. Please use the links below to apply to HLA. You can either submit the application through the google form or complete the fillable PDF and return it to the school site. 

 

 

If accepted, new enrollees will need to provide proof of residence, proof of birthdate, and immunization records. The applicant will be disqualified if the application is falsified or if incorrect information is provided. Falsifying any information (including address) will void acceptance. Higher Learning Academy (HLA) will hold a lottery on March 26th, 2026 at 8:30 AM. Families and community members may attend live or watch via live stream. For more information please contact the school office at (916) 286-5183.
